It was a lot more involved than I anticipated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a title=\"the whole package\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/9696222@N02\/4888119189\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4136\/4888119189_7884c888f3.jpg\" alt=\"the whole package\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">My intention was to let Nick sweat it, and think this was all he was getting. I forgot he is the coolest, and even after he opened the box with his real iPhone 4 in it, he was still raving about the paper one. He&#8217;s a keeper!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a title=\"paper plug\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/9696222@N02\/4888116465\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4116\/4888116465_58633b6a54.jpg\" alt=\"paper plug\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a title=\"paper plug\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/9696222@N02\/4888714850\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4134\/4888714850_0134b20d5d.jpg\" alt=\"paper plug\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/a>I had the most fun making the plug. Check out that usb port! Something about the challenge of creating dimensionality was really exciting, but I guess it&#8217;s not too different from what goes into piecing together a garment. I am usually a maker of two-dimensional things, so it was a nice change of pace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a title=\"paper vs. real iPhone\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/9696222@N02\/4888720028\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4101\/4888720028_a8fdc05a3f.jpg\" alt=\"paper vs. real\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/a>He loves the paper iPhone, but of course he is pretty excited to own the real one, too.
